The Red Light Camera Program Annual Report Summary is provided to satisfy the requirements of Section 316.0083, F.S., which states a municipality that operates one or more traffic infraction detectors must annually report the results of all traffic infraction detectors to the municipality’s governing body.  The report must include a written summary, which must be read aloud at the regular meeting or a special meeting for the same period, pertaining to the annual report to the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles required Summary Report.

The Annual Report Summary includes statistics of the notices of violations, uniform traffic citations, and revenue disbursement.  All statistics reported reflect the time period of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025.  All numbers are reported in the “Red Light Running Report,” prepared by the Comptroller’s Office.
