PROCUREMENT:
The contract will provide preventative maintenance and repair services to ensure the proper and continued operation of commercial-grade grease traps, grease interceptors and lift stations within Orange County. This includes maintenance and repairs to dosing systems, distribution boxes, drain fields, pumps, transmission lines, and other components of the reference systems.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account numbers: 0001-043-1713-3810, 0001-043-1715-3810, 0001-043-1717-3810, 0001-043-1718-3810, and 0001-043-1719-3810.
APPROVALS:
The Facilities Management Division concurs with this recommendation.
REMARKS:
Three bids were received in response to this Invitation for Bids (IFB) and evaluated for responsiveness, responsibility, and price reasonableness. The bids from Accurate Septic Services, Inc. and Meeks Plumbing, Inc. were deemed non-responsible for failure to meet the minimum reference requirements.
