Gallagher Risk Management Services, LLC, in the amount of $152,453.75, for a revised estimated contract amount of $1,063,013.75. PROCUREMENT:
This amendment extends the contract for a six-month period from December 17, 2025 through June 16, 2026 to avoid a lapse in commercial insurance broker services and allowing sufficient time for the re-solicitation process to be completed. The re-solicitation was issued on October 22, 2025.
The contract currently provides insurance broker services and services that support the formation and annual maintenance of the County's captive insurance program. Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, LLC, in conjunction with one of their subsidiaries, Artex Risk Solutions, Inc., which serves as a consultant and has been assisting the County in the formation and maintenance of its captive insurance program.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account number 5510-025-0328-3350.
APPROVALS:
The Risk Management Committee and the Risk Management Division concur with this
recommendation.
