The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE:
The Public Works Department requests authorization to record the plat of Parcel A - Northeast Resort Parcel Residences. This is a one lot plat located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Dream Tree Boulevard and Autumn Mist Lane.
This plat is being recorded in order to comply with the requirements of the Northeast Resort Parcel Planned Development/Northeast Resort Phase 1 Preliminary Subdivision Plan/Parcel A - Northeast Resort Parcel Residences Development Plan as approved by the Development Review Committee on May 10, 2023, and with the requirements of Chapter 34, Article III, Section 34-48(b) of the Orange County Code.
