PURPOSE:
JTD Land at Nona West, LLC is developing a property known as Nona West Townhomes, which is generally located west of Boggy Creek Road and north of Simpson Road. The 180 -lot subdivision was approved as a Gated Community by the Board on November 29, 2022.
This Developer’s Agreement, pertaining to Approval of a Gated Community for the subject development, must be approved, executed, and recorded in order to comply with the requirements of Chapter 34, Article VIII, of the Orange County Code.
