PROCUREMENT:

This purchase order will procure services for utility installation to construct upgraded electrical services at Pump Station 215, Lake Jessamine Drive.

FUNDING:

Funding is available in account number 4420-038-1503-70-6310.

APPROVALS:

The Utilities Department concurs with this recommendation

REMARKS:

This is an advance payment for services to be performed at Orange County Wastewater Pumping Station 3215, Lake Jessamine Drive to upgrade the electrical feeder line to add an additional phase for the pump station.  Duke Energy requires advance payment before services are rendered.

In accordance with Orange County Ordinance, Chapter 17, Finance, Article III, utility services are exempt from the competitive process. Services under the terms Duke Energy Commercial/Industrial Underground Distribution Policy as approved by the Florida Public Service Commission.
