The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. BACKGROUND:
The County Attorney’s Office will provide an orientation related to the following topics:
A. Sunshine Law
B. Public Records Law
C. State Code of Ethics
D. Motion Making and Procedure
Further, Sec. 504. E. of the Orange County Charter provides that TransMAC shall hold an organizational meeting in January of each year, at which TransMAC shall select a chair and vice chair from among its membership.
