REMARKS: The property is located along the south-shore of Lake Sheen and west-shore of Pocket Lake in unincorporated Orlando, on Kilgore Road ("Property") (see attached map - area in turquoise). This landlocked parcel (parcel ID 04-24-28-0000-00-077) is vacant and zoned R-CE, Rural Country Estates, with a Rural future land use by Orange County. Property includes a total of 361.53 gross acres which includes 256.6 acres of lake bottom within Lake Sheen and Pocket Lake. Based on County records, the land area, not including the lake, includes approximately 104.93 acres of wetland area. Property is irregular in shape and located within Zone "AE" of FEMA Flood Map 12095C0395F.
