The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROCUREMENT:
Work under this contract shall consist of providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to perform roadway road base, asphalt, curbs, gutters, sidewalks and other miscellaneous concrete repairs to include but not limited to the removal, replacement, repair, hauling, grading, stabilization and sodding at designated locations within Orange County.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account number 1002-072-2906-3816.
APPROVALS:
The Roads and Drainage and Business Development Divisions concur with this recommendation.
REMARKS:
Three bids were received in response to this Invitation for Bids (IFB) and were evaluated for responsiveness, responsibility, and price reasonableness. Price reasonableness was established by comparison to the engineer's estimate and consideration of market factors. A scope meeting was conducted, during which the bidder confirmed their understanding of the scope of work and expressed confidence in the pricing submitted.
