The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROCUREMENT:
Work under this contract includes renovation to the existing facility as it is in need of mechanical and structural improvements. Work also includes a roof mounted solar array (Additive No. 1) and solar gazebos (Additive No. 2). This project is located in District 6.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account numbers 5902-068-2568-6210 and 1246-062-2568-6210. This project is receiving federal funding from Housing and Urban Development and Community Development Block Grants.
APPROVALS:
The Capital Projects Division and Business Development Division concur with this recommendation.
