REMARKS: In accordance with Section 101.75(5), Florida Statutes, public, tax-supported buildings are to be made available for use as polling places upon request of the Supervisor of Elections (SOE). This action retroactively documents the approval given by the County to the SOE to utilize the West Orange Recreation Center as a general election early voting location.
This amendment allows the utilization of the West Orange Recreation Center located at 309 SW Crown Point Road, Winter Garden, Florida 32787 as a general election early voting place during the 2024 election cycle, and sets forth the terms and conditions for such use, including SOE’s access and staffing requirements for their occupancy, and allows SOE’s use of County utilities.
