Approval of Amendment 10, Contract Y20-173A, Expansion of HIV Medical Services, with CAN Community Health, Inc., in the amount of $650,000 for a revised estimated contract amount of $1,414,703. ([Health Services Department Fiscal and Operational Support Division] Procurement Division)

PROCUREMENT:
This amendment will add funding to expand outpatient ambulatory health services, mental health services, oral health services, add a new Service Category: Mobile Medical Clinic Services to the scope, and purchase a mobile medical unit to increase access to care for eligible Ending the HIV Epidemic clients including the aforementioned services.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account number 7040-060-7302-8610. Funding provided via a Carryover Request of unobligated funds approved by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and Health Resources and Services Administration Ending the HIV Epidemic: A Plan for America-Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Parts A and B grant.
APPROVALS:
The Health Services Department concurs with this recommendation.
REMARKS:
On September 22, 2020, the Board authorized award of Request for Proposals Y20-173A to CAN Community Health, Inc. in the estimated contract amount of $214,703 for a one-year term with four one-year renewals.
