The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROCUREMENT:
This consultant will provide a mental health evaluation to the members of Orange County Fire Rescue as a pilot program. The goal of this program is to offer annual mental health evaluations to supplement the behavioral health program withn Fire Rescue.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account numbers 7491-034-7599-3195 and 1009-034-0665-3195.
APPROVALS:
The Fire Rescue Department concurs with this recommendation.
REMARKS:
Seven proposals were received in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) and evaluated in accordance with the criteria set forth in the RFP. Clay Consulting, LLC, Front Line Mobile Health, PLLC, Grace Harbour, Inc., Heritage Wellness, LLC, and Reveye Mental Health and Wellness scored too low for Board consideration. The First Community Christian Pentecostal Church of God, Inc. was deemed non-responsive for failure to submit a proposal.
