PURPOSE: This Consent Agenda item requests settlement authorization by the Board of County Commissioners for Orange County, Florida v. Mahudi International Corp. eminent domain case brought by Orange County on behalf of Public Works for the improvement of Ficquette Road. A confidential memorandum, settlement analysis, and proposed stipulated final judgment have been provided to the Board under a separate cover memorandum. These documents will become public records at the conclusion of the litigation pursuant to Section 119.071(1)(d), Florida Statutes.
