Approval of Amendment No. 9, Contract Y22-165, Providing Nurse-Family Partnership Services to At-Risk Pregnant Women, Sub-Recipient Agreement, with Healthy Start Coalition of Orange County, Inc., in the amount of $80,000, for a revised not-to-exceed amount of $3,095,208. PROCUREMENT:
This amendment extends the contract for the period of August 31, 2025 through September 30, 2025 to align with the fiscal year and increases the contract to support services during this extension period while a new procurement process is complete. A new contract will be put in place for October 1, 2025.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account number 0001-062-2501-8610.
APPROVALS:
The Mental Health and Homelessness Division concurs with this recommendation.
REMARKS:
On December 14, 2021, the Board authorized the award of Contract Y22-162 with Healthy Start Coalition of Orange County, Inc., in the total contract award amount of $256,302, for a one-year term with three one-year renewal terms.
Historical Relationship with Orange County and the Community: This is the final year of a four-year grant for the implementation of a comprehensive early childhood system with Healthy Start Coalition of Orange County, Inc.
