The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROJECT:
Public Emergency Medical Transportation Letter of Agreement

 

PURPOSE: House Bill 5001, the General Appropriations Act of State Fiscal Year 2024-2025, passed by the 2024 Florida Legislature, provides the provision to grant an agreement between the State of Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), and Orange County on behalf of Orange County Fire Rescue. The agreement acknowledges remittance payment through an Intergovernmental Transfer from Orange County to AHCA in an amount not to exceed $4,606,891.12 as part of a Medicaid Managed Care Supplemental Payment Program. To participate in the program, Orange County must return the signed Public Emergency Medical Transportation Letter of Agreement to the ACHA.
