The public hearing and request for second reading of this ordinance is scheduled for the City Council meeting to be held on Monday, November 13, 2023. First reading of this ordinance was approved on August 14, 2023. Notice of Proposed Enactment on Monday, November 13, 2023, the Orlando City Council will consider proposed Ordinance 2023-28, entitled: An Ordinance of the city council of the City of Orlando, Florida, annexing to the corporate limits of the city certain land generally located east of Wetherbee Road, south of Palm Bay Drive and North of OUC Railroad and compromised of 166 acres of land, more or less; providing for severability, correction of scrivener’s errors, and an effective date. b. Shingle Creek Transit & Utility Community Development District Proposed Operating & Maintenance Budget Fiscal Year 2024.
