PROCUREMENT:
This amendment provides additional funding to address the current workload volume and ongoing operational challenges. The increase in funding is critical to ensure uninterrupted service delivery and to maintain compliance with public safety standards and infrastructure requirements.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account numbers 1004-072-3087-6330 and 1142-072-3087-6330.
APPROVALS:
The Stormwater Management Division concurs with this recommendation.
REMARKS:
This contract provides all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform stormwater infrastructure rehabilitation such as, but not limited to, storm sewer pipe installation and repairs, ditch bottom inlet and repairs, concrete ditch pavement, underdrain installation, and miscellaneous concrete. It is critical to increase available funds to safely and effectively maintain countywide stormwater conveyance systems, preventing flooding of public and private property. This funding also ensures uninterrupted service delivery and continued compliance with public safety and infrastructure requirements.
