The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

Selection options are described below:

PROJECT: N/A

PURPOSE: In August 2013, Orange County Government established the Youth Mental Health Commission (YMHC) to evaluate the County's youth mental health system. After a year of review, the commission released a report recommending ways to simplify access to and payment for behavioral health services. A "Management Network" was formed to implement these recommendations, comprising local agencies, schools, nonprofits, and advocacy groups.

One key initiative has been the adoption of a flexible, blended, and braided funding model that ensures families receive the services needed regardless of their ability to pay, utilizing a 'no-wrong-door' approach. This model is governed by the Youth Mental Health Management Network Consortium Agreement, signed by all stakeholders and approved by the Board on November 28, 2017.

The Florida Department of Children and Families Central Region has consistently funded the Management Network for seven years. It has renewed its support for another year to continue serving the youth and families of Orange County with Interagency Agreement No. YGJ55 Amendment 0002.
