The property is directly adjacent to the Green PLACE Savage/Christmas Creek Preserve. Property has a zoning of A-2, Farmland Rural District, with a Rural Future Land Use. This irregular shaped property consists of 24.6 upland acres and approx. 1.0 wetland acre and is within Zone "X" and "A" according to FEMA Flood Map 12095C0320F.
