The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. United Food Truck, LLC - $91,705.96. This ice cream truck will be used to connect with community members and build relationships and trust. It would be used at many agencies and community events year-round, including Sheriff’s Bar-B-Que, Back to School Bash, Summer Safety Splash, National Night Out, and Trunk or Treat. The ice cream truck would also be deployed for various monthly pop-up events for underserved communities.
