PURPOSE: To convey County’s interest to the State of Florida, Department of Transportation (FDOT), as necessary for roadway improvements.

REMARKS: Under the terms of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) approved and executed by the Board on June 30, 2026, the County agreed to convey Parcel 100 to the FDOT.
This action fulfills the County’s obligations under the MOA and supports advancement of the Taft Vineland Roadway Improvement project. County to pay recording fees and record instrument.
