The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Orlando Youth Alliance - $2,500. This organization and its chapters provide a safe space for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning youths in Central Florida. They offer a weekly peer-to-peer support group and a monthly social, as well as educational and recreational activities to help further develop a core group of friends and peer supporters. This contribution will go towards a sponsor of Pride, Plates & Purpose - Orlando Youth Alliance’s signature fundraising event.
