PROCUREMENT:
This amendment will extend the period of service from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026 and increase funding to support services during the extended period. This agreement provides a behavioral health specialist for OC PORT Program clients, allowing for increased access to behavioral health services, treatment, and recovery support for individuals with an opioid use disorder, including Medication Assisted Treatment services.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account numbers 7362-060-7560-8611 and 7362-060-7560-4139. Funding for this contract is provided via federal grants from the U.S. Department of Justice under the funding opportunity entitled 2022 Bureau of Justice Assistance FY 22 Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Abuse Site-Based Program.
