PROJECT:
N/A

PURPOSE:
This request seeks approval and execution of a Hold Harmless Agreement between Orange County and the property owner, Mr. Morrison, for the property located at 2400 Rob Lane, Orlando, Florida 32806
(Parcel ID: 07-23-30-9064-06-010), within the Waterfront Estates 4th Addition subdivision.

The Hold Harmless Agreement is required to allow certain improvements, adjustments, or conditions within the County right-of-way associated with the Gatlin and Bumby sidewalk project adjacent to the subject property. Execution of this agreement ensures that the property owner acknowledges and accepts responsibility for any potential impacts and agrees to indemnify and hold Orange County harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from such conditions or improvements.

The County Attorney’s office has reviewed the request and determined that execution of the Hold Harmless Agreement is appropriate and consistent with County policies.
