REMARKS: The action is to provide access to KB Home Orlando LLC for construction of drainage facilities on Orange County property for the Oasis Reserve development as required per the conditions of approval for PSP-21-10-314. This action also provides Public Works Department the right to access and maintain drainage facilities and a canal on Orange County Utilities’ property. KB Home Orlando LLC to pay recording fees.
