The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE: The Orange County Citizen Corps Council is composed of nine members, one appointed by each County Commissioner and three appointed by the County Mayor. All appointments must be confirmed by the Board of County Commissioners.
The term of Roselyn Clouden, District 6 representative, has expired. Commissioner Scott is requesting Board confirmation of his appointment of Robert J. Entwistle to succeed Ms. Clouden with a term expiring December 31, 2026.
