SUBJECT: April - December 2025 Meeting Schedule
BACKGROUND:
Comptroller Clerk of Board staff has reserved Chambers for the second Thursday of each month, from 6 - 8 p.m., with the exception of the month of December. The December meeting is tentatively scheduled to be held on Monday, December 15th from 6 - 8 p.m. The dates are as follows:
• Thursday, April 10, 2025
• Thursday, May 8, 2025
• Thursday, June 12, 2025
• Thursday, July 10, 2025
• Thursday, August 14, 2025
• Thursday, September 11, 2025
• Thursday, October 9, 2025
• Thursday, November 13, 2025
• Monday, December 15, 2025
In addition to the selection of future meeting dates, TransMAC may also consider meeting location and discuss possible interest in holding future meetings at designated locations in each Commission district. Staff has previously worked with the Orange County - Orlando Magic Recreation Centers, and these may be viable location options for TransMAC to consider.
