PURPOSE: The Code Enforcement Board (CEB) is composed of seven members. The enabling legislation for the CEB stipulates that "the members shall be appointed on the basis of experience or interest in the fields of zoning and building control and shall, whenever possible, include: 1) an architect; 2) a businessman; 3) an engineer/surveyor; 4) a general contractor; 5) a subcontractor; and 6) a licensed real estate broker or licensed real estate salesman." The following nominations have been received by the Agenda Development Office:

Commissioner Uribe: Matthew DeBoard (to replace Ms. Mims)
Commissioner Scott: Cathy Sydney (to replace Ms. Stevenson) ...
