PURPOSE: To deny, repudiate, and disclaim any County interest in the property interest purportedly conveyed by Document Number 20260304084 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida and to record a Utility Easement acceptable to County to satisfy the condition of construction plan approval.

REMARKS: On June 1, 2026, JCS IDrive LLC (the “Owner”) recorded a Utility Easement in favor of Orange County as Official Records Document No. 20260304084 (the “Easement”). The Easement was recorded without prior approval and acceptance by the Board, as required by Resolution No. 86-M-44.
The purpose of this action is to deny, repudiate, and disclaim any interest of Orange County in the property purportedly conveyed by the Easement and approve the Utility Easement in a form acceptable to the County to satisfy the Owner’s condition subsequent to the approval of their construction plans. Owner to pay all recording fees.
