PURPOSE: To formalize the County's intent to vacate, ensure legal and financial closure of the Lease, and provide the landlord with an approved, binding document confirming the surrender date.

REMARKS: The property located at 2976 Forsyth Road, Orlando, Florida 32792 has been used by the Fire Rescue Department for training as approved by the Board on August 31, 2004.
The Fire Rescue Department has since constructed and relocated operations to a new training facility. As a result, the County has executed an Early Termination of Lease, effective September 15, 2025, in accordance with the provisions of the Lease Agreement.
