Selection of one firm and three ranked alternates to provide State Lobbying Services, Request for Proposals Y24-1092-MM, from the following firms listed alphabetically:

Further request Board authorization for the Procurement Division to negotiate and execute a five-year term contract within a not-to-exceed budget of $360,000.
Further request Board authorization for the Procurement Division to formally terminate negotiations with the top ranked firm, if we are unable to come to a favorable negotiated agreement, and commence negotiations with the next ranked alternate, until a successful negotiation is reached. PROCUREMENT:
The consultant will represent the County before the Governor, Cabinet, and Florida Legislature, including its committees and state agencies by providing a full range of professional lobbying and advocacy services. The consultant will work closely with the Legislative Affairs Director, Chief of Staff, County Administrator, and appropriate staff to develop the County's legislative agenda and associated strategies.
