The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PURPOSE: The County's Reclaimed Water rates were originally established in 2002 when reclaimed water was viewed as a disposal issue and public reclaimed water usage was encouraged. Since that time, the view of reclaimed water has evolved to recognize it as a valuable resource that is critical to the County's water resources planning efforts. As such, the reclaimed water rate structure needed review and updating to reflect this new environment. To that end, the Utilities Department engaged its rate consultant to review reclaimed water system rates and revenue requirements and recommend appropriate changes. On January 7, 2025, we will discuss the recommendations of the study with you and offer a rate resolution with a preliminary charge schedule for your consideration.
