PURPOSE:
As part of the adopted budget for FY 2024-25, Orange County appropriated a total of $82,953,415 to LYNX for the provision of public transit services.
The proposed LYNX Service Funding Agreement for FY 2024-25 provides the funding necessary for LYNX to continue providing public transportation services and outlines the obligations of LYNX and the County, including the terms associated with the proposed operating and capital funding.
