The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE: The Florida Department of Corrections (FDOC) contracts for the statewide Victim Notification and Information Service Network and Victim Information Notification Everyday services. The objective of the service is to notify victims of crime when an offender is released or escapes from custody. To meet the objective, FDOC enters into agreements with Florida Criminal Justice System members, including the Orange County Corrections Department. The agreement defines the respective roles and responsibilities of Orange County and FDOC.
