PURPOSE: To ratify the conveyance of a recorded Drainage Easement for access, construction, and maintenance of a stormwater drainage ditch and appurtenant facilities.

REMARKS: On June 26, 2025, Mission Pointe II LLC, Vass, Inc., Wells Next Generation Financial, LLC and Greystone Debt Acquisitions, LLC (Property Owners) recorded a Drainage Easement, as Document No. 20250374185 in favor of Orange County (Easement). The Easement was recorded without approval and acceptance by the Board, in violation of Resolution No. 86-M-44. This action will ratify the ownership interest of the County in the property pursuant to the Easement and provide formal acceptance of that interest in accordance with the Resolution.
