REMARKS: Sameer Paul Draviam and Katherine Bautista Draviam (collectively, the “Property Owners”) applied to the County for a permit for construction of a 75-foot riprap revetment with plantings, along the shoreline of Lake Jessamine. The Shoreline Alteration Dredge and Fill Permit No. SADF-24-10-023 was conditionally approved, subject to the condition of entering into a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement with the County. This action satisfies the permit’s condition.
