Selection of AWC, Inc., DSI Innovations LLC, Gray Matter Systems, LLC, iQuest Automation, Inc., and Revere Control Systems, Inc., to provide Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Services for Orange County Utilities, Request for Proposals Y24-1021-KC.
Further request Board authorization for the Procurement Division to negotiate and execute contracts in the estimated combined total of $18,391,500 for a five-year term. ([Utilities Department Water Reclamation Division] Procurement Division)

PROCUREMENT:
The contracts will provide professional services for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) planning, designing, and integration including subsystems such as electrical, instrumentation, servers, and network communications as they relate to the utility SCADA system.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account number 4420-038-1359-3197.
APPROVALS:
The Water Reclamation Division and Business Development Division concur with this recommendation.
REMARKS:
These services include, but are not limited to, engineering, maintenance, repair, refurbishment, programming, construction, and replacement of SCADA and related assets including control panels, programmable logic controllers, Human-Machine Interface software platforms, power systems, motor control equipment, instrumentation, server systems, network communication systems, and remote terminal units.
