REMARKS: The property is located on the southwest corner of East Colonial Drive and South Tanner Road with the address of 15746 E. Colonial Drive, Orlando, Florida 32820 ("Property") (see attached map - area in purple). The northern 1.63 acres is zoned C-1, Retail Commercial and the southern 0.71 acres is zoned A-2, Agricultural with a future use of Rural Settlement. This is irregular-shaped and is within Zones AE according to FEMA Flood Map 12095C0285F.
