The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE:
The Public Works Department requests authorization to record the plat of Cardinal Pointe. This is a one-lot plat located approximately 730 feet southeast of the intersection at Lake Underhill Road and South Goldenrod Road.
This plat is being recorded in order to comply with the requirements of Southwick Commons Senior Housing Planned Development - Cardinal Pointe Senior Housing Development Plan as approved by the Development Review Committee on May 22, 2024, and with the requirements of Chapter 34, Article III, Section 34-48(b) of the Orange County Code.
