The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE:
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) wishes to construct Off System improvement along State Road 500 (US 441) at Clarcona Ocoee Road. The Off System Construction and Maintenance Agreement allows the FDOT to reconstruct and resurface County roadway as part of the FDOT project.
The project consists of extending the existing eastbound right turn lane on Clarcona Ocoee Road along with milling and resurfacing. The project will also widen the eastern and western intersection return radii, and reconstruct sidewalks, drainage, signals, and driveway along Clarcona Ocoee Road.
This Off System Construction and Maintenance Agreement with FDOT was reviewed and approved by the County Attorney’s Office and the Risk Management Division as to form.
