The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE: The Winter Park Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) was created in June 1994. The CRA has one seat for an Orange County representative appointed by the Board. Hal George is the current Orange County representative, and his term has expired. He was initially appointed on August 25, 2015.
Accordingly, Commissioner Martinez Semrad is nominating Mr. George for reappointment to the CRA with a term expiring June 30, 2029.
