The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE:
The Public Works Department requests authorization to record the plat of Horizon Vue. This is a two-lot plat located approximately one-third of a mile south of the intersection at Avalon Road and Porter Road.
This plat is being recorded in order to comply with the requirements of the Horizon Vue Planned Development - UNP/Town Center Park Square Multi-Family Apartments Development Plan as approved by the Development Review Committee on July 28, 2021, and with the requirements of Chapter 34, Article III, Section 34-48(b) of the Orange County Code.
