The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROCUREMENT:
This amendment allocates additional funding to assist low-income families by increasing access to crucial services like diaper assistance and supplies, food security for infants and toddlers, parenting education programs, and community resources. The implementation of the mobile diaper bank services further improves accessibility for families residing in remote or underserved areas who may not have convenient access to traditional brick-and-mortar locations.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account number 5896-019-8613-8610. Funding is provided from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (the "Recovery Fund").
APPROVALS:
The Citizens' Commission for Children Division concurs with this request.
REMARKS:
On July 26, 2022, the Board authorized the award of Contract Y22-2410 to Central Florida Diaper Bank, Inc., in the total contract award amount of $264,262.86. This subaward was issued from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (the "Recovery Fund").
