The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROCUREMENT:
The contracts will provide services to remove dead or diseased trees to alleviate dangerous situations on County owned properties. Additionally, tree canopies over roads and sidewalks will be elevated to remove obstacles to vehicular traffic and pedestrians.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account number 1003-072-2906-3816.
APPROVALS:
The Roads and Drainage Division concur with this recommendation.
REMARKS:
Eight bids were received in response to this Invitation for Bids and evaluated for responsiveness, responsibility, and price reasonableness. References were verified and demonstrated that both low bidders, Q Pavers & Concrete LLC and Rapid Response Force LLC, were satisfactory to support their responsibility.
Two contracts are required to meet projected demands for this service. The contractors will be issued orders on a continuous basis for tree trimming and other related services.
Prices have been determined to be reasonable by comparison to historical cost trends and are consistent with current market conditions.
