REMARKS: According to a Utility Adjustment Agreement approved by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners on December 5, 2006, between Orange County and the former Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority, now known as the Central Florida Expressway Authority, an easement was to be granted to Orange County, however, this easement was never executed. This action will provide for this easement and allow the project to be closed. Grantee is to pay all recording fees
