REMARKS: In 1952, the unrecorded plat of Waunatta Shores was filed with the Orange County Property Appraiser’s Office and a copy was filed in the public records as a miscellaneous unrecorded plat.
This Resolution confirms that the County has accepted this plat for dedication, and County has accepted the Rights-of-Way and Drainage Easements.
