REMARKS:
The property is located along the south-side of West Colonial Drive, and north of the Florida Turnpike and Johns Lake in Oakland ("Property") (see attached map - area in fuchsia). The irregular-shaped property contains 32.82 acres, has a zoning of Planned Development District (PD), with a PD future land use in Orange County. The Town of Oakland has approved the upland acres for commercial use with a PD - Mixed Use Master Plan in 2021. The property is within Zone "X" and "AE" according to FEMA Flood Map 12095C0215H.
