REMARKS: On April 27, 2021, the Board approved a certain Utility Easement recorded as Orange County Document No. 20210266501 (the “Easement”) which was required pursuant to permit approval. It was later identified that the Easement was prepared using an incorrect form. 

This action restates the Easement language in its entirety to reflect the correct purposes and uses of the Easement required for development.  Grantor to pay recording fees.
