Approval of Contracts, Request for Proposals Y26-2500, Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA), in the overall total amount of $5,296,465, by Lot to: Aspire Health Partners, Inc. for Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 in the total amount of $1,432,204; Center for Multicultural Wellness and Prevention, Inc. for Lots 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 in the total amount of $1,206,834; Hope and Help of Central Florida, Inc. for Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6 in the total amount of $663,621; Miracle of Love, Inc. for Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6 in the total amount of $1,627,890; St. Francis House of Hospitality, Inc. for Lot 5 in the total amount of $89,000; Zebra Youth, Inc. for Lots 5 and 6 in the total amount of $276,916.
Further request Board authorization for the Procurement Division to execute contracts for a one-year term. PROCUREMENT:
These contracts will provide affordable housing options and related housing services for low-income people with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and their families to achieve and maintain housing stability, avoid homelessness, and improve their access to, and engagement in HIV/AIDS treatment and care.
